    There is no support hotline — the site is run by a small team and every calculator computes locally, so there is rarely an account or billing issue to resolve. What we do read, every day, are corrections and bug reports.

    Report a calculator problem

    If a result looks wrong, the most useful report includes: the calculator URL, the exact inputs you entered, the result you got, and (if you know it) the value you expected with its source.

    Send those to contact@zorvlabs.com. Privacy and data requests go to the same address.

    Other enquiries

    • Content or formula corrections: same channel as bug reports; these get priority.
    • Privacy requests: see the privacy policy first — calculator inputs are computed in your browser, so there is normally no personal data for us to delete.
    • Product and billing: Free, Pro, and Ultra packaging is documented, but billing and entitlement verification are not connected yet. There are no sponsored placements, affiliate links, or display ads.

    Response times

    Correction reports are triaged within a few days; a confirmed math error in a calculator is fixed before anything else ships. Feature requests are welcome but we make no promises about timing.
